Lomi Lomi Massage     

Lomi Lomi is a Hawaiian word simply meaning  "to massage".  There are many styles of Lomi Lomi.  The style practiced here is known as Hawaiian Temple Bodywork.  So called because it is believed that Kahunas once practiced this sacred work in the temples of Hawaii.  Legend has it that the young adults, as they were coming "of age", were brought into the temples and worked on for many hours.  Through this unweaving process of Lomi, they would be able to journey and have visions of their life purpose.  They would come back transformed and enlightened.

Forearms are used in a weaving pattern that allows the body to unwind naturally and reach a state of total relaxation.  Unscented oils and specific music make for an experience like no other.
