COMMUNITY YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Beginning Yoga ~ Level 1 ~ Introduction to basic Yoga principles of alignment, flexibility, strength & deep breathing.
Basic Yoga ~ Level 1-2 ~ Practice and review basic yoga principles.
Gentle Restorative Yoga ~ Deep breathing and yoga props create a stress relieving hour. Appropriate for anyone.
Kundalini Yoga ~ A powerful, yet gentle way of increasing energy balancing fluid systems of the body through yoga postures, chanting & meditation. Appropriate for beginners & advanced practitioners.
Chakra Enhancing Yoga Dancing ~ Aerobic style dance and yoga class specific movements and postures to enhance each of the chakras. Includes guided relaxation meditation, mantras and toning.
Morning Sadhana ~ 6 - 7:30am Meditation, yoga, Love Offering.
Evening Kirtan ~ Fridays, 7-9:30pm, Mantra Sing-a-long. Love Offering.
QiGong - Promoting Health Through Breath And Movement.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONS
Beginning Yoga for Beginners ~ Learn the origins and the basic theory behind the popular practice of yoga. Appropriate for anyone.
Yoga Theory & Practice ~ Learn the origins of the ancient practice of yoga and apply the theory to a sequence of poses you can practice anytime. Beginning Yoga workshop required.
Partners Yoga ~ A fun and challenging practice using another persons strength, balance and deep joy to explore yoga postures.
Belly Dancing ~ Four week workshop designed to take the beginner through all the basic moments progressing weekly to reveal the divine feminine essence. Hip scarf and veil required.
